Impacto de la vacunación contra la Hepatitis A, a nivel mundial
Resumen
El virus de la hepatitis A produce una imagen infecciosa aguda, por regla general, desinteresada en una persona para la que no hay un tratamiento específico, aunque afecta a aproximadamente 10 millones de personas al año. El objetivo de la investigación fue Analizar el impacto de la vacunación contra la hepatitis A, a nivel mundial, el estudio fue de diseño documental, descriptivo se revisó información de diversas revistas y buscadores sobre todo artículos originales. Dentro de nuestros resultados se destaca que la tasa de prevalencia por hepatitis A en España el 35% de la población estuvo infectada por este virus, Perú presento una prevalencia que va desde el 6 hasta el 42%, sin embargo, vemos que Venezuela presento una tasa del 37%, y Cuba con niveles inferiores al 1%. Se concluye que los síntomas en relación con la hepatitis viral aguda son variables e inespecíficos. El hallazgo de laboratorio más característico es el aumento en los niveles séricos de amino transferasas, los espejos alternativos son más específicos para la necrosis de hepatocitos.
