Estrategias de innovación y percepción del entorno

Resumen


Actualmente debido a los cambios rápidos que viven las empresas, respecto a la situación económica, tecnológica y empresarial, es fundamental enfocarse en la toma de decisiones que afecten el futuro de la organización, por ello se analiza las diferentes conductas al momento de tomar acciones en la planificación, a través de la aplicación de encuestas a 149 empresas de carácter familiar, se encuentran evidencias de que la orientación familiar afecta de manera positiva al momento de considerar estrategias de innovación en diferentes ambientes de percepción del entorno económico.
