Impacto de los Factores de Riesgo en la Malnutrición y Condiciones Hematológicas en Poblaciones Rurales y Urbanas

Resumen


La malnutrición y la anemia son problemas de salud pública que afectan a millones de personas en todo el mundo, especialmente a grupos vulnerables como niños, mujeres gestantes y adultos mayores. El objetivo general de este estudio fue evaluar la prevalencia y los factores de riesgo asociados con estas condiciones mediante una revisión sistemática de estudios internacionales recientes. La búsqueda de información se realizó en bases de datos científicas como PubMed, Scopus, SciELO, y Google Académico.  Los principales resultados indicaron una alta prevalencia de desnutrición y anemia, con factores de riesgo multifacéticos que incluyen aspectos socioeconómicos, biológicos, y hábitos dietéticos inadecuados. En conclusión, estos hallazgos subrayan la complejidad de estas enfermedades y la necesidad de adoptar medidas globales adaptadas a contextos específicos. El estudio también sirve como punto de referencia crucial para futuras investigaciones y la formulación de enfoques de salud pública destinados a mitigar la prevalencia de la malnutrición y la anemia entre los grupos susceptibles en todo el mundo.
