Revisión sistemática sobre el uso de la inteligencia artificial en la enseñanza del inglés universitario

Resumen


En esta investigación se lleva a cabo un análisis sobre cómo se utiliza la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la enseñanza del inglés en la educación superior. Se analizaron 601 documentos de la base de datos Scopus, publicados entre 2020 y 2025, para identificar patrones, avances y vacíos en la literatura científica reciente.

En el presente estudio se realizó un análisis bibliométrico, complementado con técnicas de reducción de significado y agrupación de temas para evaluar el progreso científico de la IA en la enseñanza del inglés para estudiantes de la universidad. Los hallazgos detallan un gran avance en la creación de conocimiento científico a partir de 2020 gracias al uso de nuevas tecnologías, sistemas de tutoría inteligente y enfoques automatizados para la enseñanza. El análisis temático condujo a una clasificación de doce conceptos significativos en la literatura revisada. Los autores abordan grupos como la retroalimentación automática en la escritura, la enseñanza de la pronunciación con tecnologías de reconocimiento de voz, el chatbot educativo, el aprendizaje autónomo e incluso la aplicación de IA generativa en la educación.
