Las PYMES y su fortalecimiento con el uso de las TIC y el marketing digital

Resumen


En el mundo moderno, las TIC desempeñan un papel importante en la mejora de la comercialización digital entre las diferentes PYMES. La capacidad de las TIC ha inspirado a la actual generación diferentes técnicas de comercialización digital, como la comercialización en los medios sociales, la optimización de los motores de búsqueda, la comercialización por correo electrónico y la comercialización de afiliados. En el presente documento se examinan los efectos de las TIC en la comercialización digital de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES) de los Estados Unidos y América del Sur.
